A list, not a newspaper
Albanian is the language of the Tirana press.
English is limited; BalkanWeb and the dailies are the local doors.
A short list. If a story is only in Albanian, that is the desk.
Watch24 is a switchboard: the useful part is the local list. A longer briefing for this place is not written yet. We would rather say that than fill the hole with a generated essay.
