A list, not a newspaper
French is the language of the Dakar press. Wolof is widely spoken.
English is scarce. APS, Seneweb, and Le Quotidien are the local doors.
A working francophone desk.
Watch24 is a switchboard: the useful part is the local list. A longer briefing for this place is not written yet. We would rather say that than fill the hole with a generated essay.
