A list, not a newspaper
English is the language of the Charlotte Amalie and Christiansted press.
The Daily News, the Source papers, and the Consortium are the local doors.
This is the US territory, not the British Virgin Islands.
Watch24 is a switchboard: the useful part is the local list. A longer briefing for this place is not written yet. We would rather say that than fill the hole with a generated essay.
